We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Construction Project Assistant to join our team. This role will be instrumental in supporting the Project Lead during the transition from Buildertrend to our new software, ensuring a seamless shift in project management for our residential construction endeavors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Transition Support:
- Collaborate closely with the Project Lead to facilitate the transition from Buildertrend to the new software.
- Assist in the creation and execution of a comprehensive plan for transitioning project management tools.
2. Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to the software transition.
- Develop and organize project documentation, including guides tailored for residential construction processes.
3. Communication:

5. Training and Support:
- Assist in organizing and conducting training sessions for team members involved in residential construction projects.

6. Quality Assurance:
- Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure the new software aligns with the specific needs of residential construction projects.
