Responsibilities:

- Maintain positive relationships with existing tenants and address concerns.
4. Marketing and Advertising:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
- Create and update property listings on various platforms.
5. Financial Transactions:
- Process rental applications and perform background checks on potential tenants.
- Collect and record rental payments, fees, and deposits.
6. Property Inspections:
- Conduct property inspections for move-ins, move-outs, and routine checks.
- Ensure properties meet safety and cleanliness standards.
Qualifications:
1. Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in property management is a plus.
2. Experience:
- Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer service is desirable.
