Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective paid advertising strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and optimize campaign targeting.
2. Ad Creation and Optimization:
- Create compelling ad copies and visuals for various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Continuously optimize ad performance based on key metrics and analytics.
3. Budget Management:
- Set, monitor, and manage advertising budgets to achieve optimal ROI.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis and adjust budgets for maximum efficiency.
4. Keyword Research:
- Perform keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords.
- Implement strategic keyword targeting to enhance ad visibility.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of paid advertising campaigns.
- Generate regular reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
6. A/B Testing:
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting parameters.
- Implement findings to enhance ad effectiveness and conversion rates.
7. Stay Updated:
- Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid advertising.
- Implement innovative approaches to improve campaign performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Paid Ads Manager or in a similar role.
- Proficient in ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on optimizing campaign performance.
- Certifications in relevant advertising platforms are a plus.
