Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties for optimal performance.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations to maintain property standards.
- Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and lease-related matters promptly and professionally.
- Facilitate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and conduct property inspections.
- Prepare, negotiate, and execute lease agreements with tenants.
- Enforce lease terms, including rent collection and handling lease violations.
- Develop and manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Source and manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Obtain and evaluate quotes for maintenance and improvement projects.
- Stay informed about local property laws, regulations, and housing codes.
- Generate regular reports on property performance, financials, and occupancy rates.
- Provide updates to property owners or stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze financial statements and market trends.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong customer service orientation.
