Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand pricing structures and product offerings.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products and services.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests for quotes.
- Prepare and present detailed quotes to clients, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing and availability information.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to meet customer and company requirements.
- Track and manage multiple quotes simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Maintain and update the quote database with accurate and current information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on pricing and quote positioning.
- Generate reports on quote status, win/loss analysis, and other relevant metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the quoting process.
- Provide support in the development and improvement of the quoting process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills for accurate pricing calculations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using quoting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Familiarity with industry pricing trends and competitive landscape is a plus.
